摘　　要：本文通过理论和实证研究,揭示了高校外语教师人力资源管理中风险的内涵、构成,以及其风险传导机制的特征和影响。针对高校外语教师人力资源管理中的风险,提出了控制对策意见。Through literature, theoretical and empirical studies, this paper reveals the content, composition of legal risks as well as features and influences of its conduction mechanism in listed companies. To be aimed at the legal risk of Listed companies, this paper put forwards the proposals of the controlling.
