摘　　要：通专结合复合型人才培养模式作为一种积极探索中的模式被广泛关注,文章在分析当前高等教育实行通专结合培养模式的必要性的基础上,提出了在电气工程与自动化专业实行通专结合培养模式的基本思路,并对通专结合培养模式在电气工程人才培养中的具体实践进行了探索。Talent cultivating mode of specialized and general education has been payed much attention, but as a developing mode, it is still far from mature on theory and practice. Based on analyzing the necessity of implementing talent cultivating mode of specialized and general education in higher education, the plans and methods of implementing talent Cultivating mode of specialized and general education in electric engineering and automation are presented.
