摘　　要：本文首先阐述了"电工学"课程的特点和当前网络课程容易出现的问题。在此基础上,结合"电工学"网络课程要达到的建设目标,提出了网页艺术设计其网络课程的思想。以技术服务于教学和艺术的原则,从多媒体元素和界面设计两个方面来实现课程的艺术性,采用文本、声音等多种形式表述教学内容。构建的网络课程在我校两届本科班学生中进行了教学实践,教学效果良好。Based on the characteristics of Electrician course and the problem of network curriculum, the idea of art design of curriculum is developed, which combines with the airm of building network curriculum. Guided by the principle of technology serves for instruction and art, the content is shown through the text, voice and so on from the multimedia element and interface design aspect. Realized curriculum is employed by two different grades of undergraduates in university. The exam result shows that teaching effect is good.
