摘　　要：从学分制的变迁探讨了学分制的内涵,分析了制约学分制实施的因素,包括传统文化和传统教育观、缺乏办学自主权以及教学资源(特别是教师资源与课程资源)投入不足等。From the changes of the point system, this paper probes into the connotations of the point system, and analyzes some restraints of implementing the point system such as the traditional culture and traditional education view, the lack of running autonomy, and the shortage of input of instructional resources （especially teacher resources and course resources ） , etc.
