大学生对体育教师能力评价中的性别偏见实验研究

摘  要:研究随机从某大学各个年级和专业中抽取633名学生(男318,女315)作为被试,采用"双盲测试"方法对在校大学生在评价体育教师教学能力时是否存在性别偏见进行了实验研究。结果表明,①学生在根据同一教案评价假设的男女教师时,认为女体育教师在专业知识和人际沟通方面优于男体育教师。②学生评价体育教师时,学生性别对评价中存在的性别偏见具有较大的影响,相对于男教师来说,女学生在对各项指标进行评价时,倾向于对女教师作出较高的评价。By adopting the experimental method of "two blind test", the author tested 633 students at random in various grade and profession of one university. The result shows: (1)When evaluating physical education teachers v,4th different hypothetical ratings according to the teaching plan, the students had a prejudice to having a higher opinion on female physical education teachers than on male physical education teachers in terms of motor skill and social intercourse ability. (2)Students'gender deeply influenced the sexual prejudice in evaluation. To the male teachers, when female students wvaluated various index, they were apt to give high evaluation to female teachers.
