摘　　要：论述了微波辐射在变性淀粉生产中的应用及对设备要求。在变性淀粉合成、制备高吸水性树脂、制备淀粉脂、阳离子淀粉制备、羧甲基淀粉钠制备和氧化淀粉制备中都有很好的前景。要求相应的设备能满足变性淀粉的反应速度,提供一定频率的辐射波。Elaborated the microwave radiation in the modified starch production application and to the equipment request. In the modified starch synthesis, prepares the high hygroscopicity resin, the preparation starch fat, the positive ion starch preparation, the ethyloic starch sodium preparation and in the oxidized starch preparation has the very good prospect. Requests the corresponding equipment to be able to satisfy the modified starch the reaction rate, provides certain frequency the radiated wave.
