摘　　要：我国高职教育已进入由外延扩张转向内涵提升的新阶段,以科学发展观为指导,确立正确办学理念,明确清晰发展思路,谋划系统发展战略;创新高职培养模式,彰显高职办学特色,优化高职专业结构;打造高职"双师"团队;营造高职校园文化,这既是众多高职院校的现实课题,也是我国高职教育健康发展的历史抉择。Higher vocational education in China has come to a new stage of connotation upgrading from outward expansion. It is not only the practical task of so many higher vocational insitutions, but also the historic choice for the healthy development of higher vocational education in China to take the scientific outlook of development as a guidance, design systematic development, innovate higher vocational cultivation mode, display higher vocational school running characteristics, optimize higher vocational professional structure, build up higher vocational double-qualified teaching team and create higher vocational campus culture.
