摘 要:[目的]观察和评价营养教育扑克牌在城市社区居民营养教育中的应用效果,探讨新型的社区营养教育模式。[方法]根据整群抽样法选取成都市3个社区的居民作为研究对象,并随机分为扑克牌教育组、普通教育组和空白对照组,两个教育组分别给予不同的营养教育方式,为期6个月。[结果]营养教育后3组之间营养知识水平的差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.05),扑克牌教育组营养知识分明显高于普通教育组和空白对照组(P﹤0.05),普通教育组和空白对照组之间差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。营养态度分及行为分在3组之间和各组教育前后比较差异均无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]营养教育扑克牌作为一种新型的营养教育方式对于提高社区居民的营养健康知识水平行之有效,值得推广和普及。[Objective] To investigate and assess the effect of nutrition education for re,dents in urban area through cards with nutrition information (NE-card) as anew mode of nutrition education in the community. [Mothods] Residents of 3 districts in Chengdu were selectedcluster-randomly and were divided into NE-card group, common education group and control group. Subjects were implemented by different means of nutrition education for 6 months. The same questionnaires on nutritional knowledge, attitude and practice (YAP) were interviewed before and after intervention. [Rosults] The nutritional knowledge levels among 3 groups showed significant difference after nutrition education (P 〈 0.05). The k-scores in the cards education group was significantly higher than that in the common education group and control group. But the K-scores did not revealed significant difference between the common education group and control group (P〉 0.05). The scores of nutrition attitude and practice in three groups did not show significant difference as well as before and after nutrition education (P 〉 0.05). [ Conclusion] The NE-card is a new, simple and effective mode of nutrition education to improve nutrition knowledge of community residents, which should be developed and popularized.
