减轻人文教育专业学生学习负担的对策研究

摘　　要：人文教育专业学生的课业担负重于其它专业。在确保学习质量的同时减轻学生学习负担和心理负担,有利于培养目标的实现。应该让学生尽早领悟综合文科的真谛,采用科学的学习策略,学会自我调节,以减轻学习负担和心理压力。The paper aims to study methods and approaches to relieve students of learning burdens in humanity education. It suggests that students be taught to learn the truth of liberal arts, and that scientific ways be adopted in study to alleviate their loads and mental pressure on the grounds that quality study be ensured.
