摘　　要：“中国高校五年后可能破产”，是耸人听闻的推断，但它有可能是中国高职院校未来发展的必然。历史上中国高职教育发展的不确定性，21世纪初职业教育的边缘化以及现行高职教育中存在的各种矛盾，使得中国高职院校具有不确定性风险，可能导致破产。The assumption that higher education institutions will be bankruptcy after five years is likely to come true. The uncertainty of higher vocational education development in China history and the marginalization of vocational education at the beginning of 21st century and various conflicts existed in higher vocational education make China vocational education face uncertain risk, which may result in its bankruptcy.
