摘  要:教师的影响力是进行教育的基石,然而在网络教学中,教师的个人影响力有所下降。本文以网络英语教学为例,对206名网络学院外语系学员或有过网络英语学习经历的学员进行调查分析。研究结果显示,提高教师个人影响力主要应从以下四个方面进行:在品德方面,要诲人不倦;在业务素质方面,要讲解精彩;在处理问题方面,要善与学员沟通;在情感方面,要有广博的师爱。The charisma of a teacher is the basis in education. However, in online education, teachers' charismatic authority has been weakened. According to a case study based on the responses of 206 English-major students who have directly or indirectly experienced online English education to the questionnaire designed according to the previous studies, teachers' personal influence can be improved from the following four aspects:① Morally, teachers should be patient and tireless in teaching; When students have problems, love their students. ② Professionally, they should have the ability of teaching clearly and magnificently; ③ teachers should be good at communicating with them; ④ Emotionally, teachers should love their students.
