社区教育专职工作者素质分析

摘　　要：社区教育专职工作者素质是社区教育专职工作者履行岗位职责所应具备的基本素养和品质,是社区教育专职工作者完成社区教育组织、策划、管理、实施、教学等工作所应具备的基本的心理和生理条件。本文综合运用文献研究、访谈调查、问卷调查等方法从不同角度揭示了社区教育专职工作者应该具备的基本素质,提出了一个包含有43个素质要素的社区教育专职工作者素质模型。The quality of full- time community education employees means the basic psychological and physical quality they are required to possess for performing their duties, and the basic psychological and physical conditions they shall have for accomplishing works like education organization, planning, management, implementation and teaching of the community. This article, based on comprehensive use of literature research, interview, questionnaire and other methods, reveals from different angels basic qualities required for full - time community education employees and puts forward a model comprising 43 qualify factors for full -time community education employees.
