摘  要:教师人格作为一种特殊的教育力量,对学生人格的发展和完善具有重要意义。教师人格是指教师为胜任本职工作所必须具备的良好的性格修养、积极的心理倾向、创造性的认知方式、丰富的情感、坚强的意志、高尚的道德品质、规范的行为方式等人格特征的综合体。教师的人格塑造只有以教师的自我塑造为前提,才能真正奏效。Being a special educational power, the teacher's personality is with educational, stable and harmonious characteristic. The characteristic of the teacher's personality affects the student's development in their personality, psychology and accomplishment. The fine teacher' s personalities are not born with the teachers, and have evolved gradually in educational practice. Government and schools should take some measures to make the teachers cultivate the fine personalities. In order to improve their inner qualities, teachers must have the aptitude and ability for lifelong learning, learn continually, reflec their own thoughts and feelings. Teachers should be actively plunging them into educational practice to accumulate emotional feelings. They should insist on self--cuhivate in language, manner and appearance, then their inner qualities will be identical with external appearance.
