摘  要:本文在情知教学论的指导下,通过教学实验和问卷调查,研究游戏在组织行为学本科教学中的效用。结果表明游戏并不比传统讲授式教学更有助于提高教学质量,但是游戏能促进学生情意和认知的发展。在组织行为学的教学环境下使用游戏教学,教师还需要重视游戏结束后的反思教学和关注如何提高学生的学习兴趣,从而进一步提高教学质量。This paper, under the guidance of affective--cognitive teaching approach, studies effects of games on teaching undergraduates organizational behavior by means of teaching experiments and questionnaire. The findings show that a game does not outplay a traditional lecture in improving teaching quality but a game is an effective teaching approach which can stimulate the development of students' affection and cognition. While teaching organizational behavior with games, teachers have to revolve around the teaching during the after--game reflection and focus on stimulation of the student's learning interest so as to further enhance teaching quality.
