天绿香的营养成分及食用安全

摘　　要：[目的]阐明天绿香的营养成分和食用方法。[方法]通过对天绿香的生物学特性、营养成分、保健功能和毒性进行分析,全面了解天绿香的食用特征。[结果]天绿香生长力很强,易于栽培和管理;营养价值丰富。[结论]天绿香只要食用得当,将会是时尚的天然绿色保健食品。[ Objective ] The research aimed to clarify the nutritional comtx）nents and edible safety of Sauropus androgyrms （L.）Meer. [ Method] The biological characteristics , nutritional comtx）nents ,health care function and toxicity of Sauropus androgyrms（L. ）Meer was analyzed to fred out its entire edible characteristics, [ Results ] Sauropus androgyrms （ L. ） Meer growed well and easy to plant and manage. The nutritional value of Sauropus andmgynus （L.）Meer. was abundant. [ Conclusion] Sauropus androgynus （L,） Meer would be popular natttral delicatessen as long as been used suitablely.
