摘　　要：20世纪对于艺术有两种观点,其一是认为艺术可以代替宗教,其二是认为艺术是商品。二者都忽略了艺术的认知功能和形式创造的作用。走出后现代艺术的困境,卡西尔的艺术哲学思想值得重视。There are two viewpoints on art in the 20th century , one holds that art can supersede religion, the other holds art is commodity. Both ignore its function of cognition and its formative creativity. In order to get rid of the puzzlement of the postmodcm art, importance should be attached to Cassirer＇s artistic philosophy.
