摘　　要：远程教育环境下的学习是学生利用网络环境提供的学习支持服务系统主动地、探索性地自主学习。学习者需要自己监控并调节自己的学习行为。构建良好的元学习环境是提高远程学习质量和促进学习者个性发展与完善的有效途径，也是远程教育改革与学习化社会的需求。通过提高学习资源的质量，改善远程学习环境，建设学习支持体系，构建远程教育的元学习环境。Learning under distance education environment is a kind of learning of students, making use of the learning-supports system, actively and imploringly. Learners should monitor and regulate their learning. Construction of good meta-learning environment is an effective approach of enhamcing the learning quality and the learners＇ personality. And it＇s also demand of distance education reform and learning society. We can set up distance metalearning environments by improving the quality of learning resources, meliorating distance learning environments and constructing learning-supports system.
