摘 要:为了促进马铃薯发酵产氢,研制了改良培养基驯化产氢菌株并使用淀粉生物酶降解马铃薯.将活性污泥煮沸后作为产氢菌株的接种体富集培养,使用Cl^-代替SO4^2-改良传统培养基消除了传统发酵产氢的启动滞留期(约12 h),单位最大产氢速率从703.4 mL/(g.d)提高到800.5 mL/(g.d),最大产氢潜力从205.2 mL/g增加到218.2 mL/g.通过α淀粉酶和糖化酶处理进一步提高了马铃薯的发酵产氢能力,单位最大产氢速率进一步提高到944.7 mL/(g.d),最大产氢潜力进一步提高到267.2 mL/g.生物气中氢气的体积分数为43%-69%,无甲烷.In order to improve the hydrogen production from potatoes, the bacteria substrate was improved to domesticate H2-producing bacteria and potatoes are degraded by enzyme. The boiled activated sludge was used as H2-producing bacteria inoculum. While using the improved substrate, in which Cl^- was used to substitute for SO4^2-, a lag-phase time (about 12 h) vanished, the maximum specific hydrogen production rate increased from 703. 4 mL/(g · d) to 800.5 mL/ (g · d) and the maximum hydrogen yield increased from 205.2 mL/g to 218. 2 mL/g. When potatoes were pretreated by a amylase and glucoamylase, the hydrogen production was further enhanced. The maximum specific hydrogen production rate was then increased to 944.7 mL/(g · d) and the maximum hydrogen yield was increased to 267.2 mL/g. It is found that the hydrogen composition of the biogas is about 43%-69% and no methane is detected.
