摘  要:该文根据亚里士多德对逻辑基本规律的论述和它们的现有表述创造性地提出了新表述,新表述分为三个组成部分,一是公式,二是客观规律,三是思维法则。该文同时提出了广义矛盾律的概念。同一律适用于词和命题,而矛盾律和排中律仅适用于矛盾命题,广义矛盾律适用于互斥性命题。表达逻辑基本规律应以客观的语言形式(词和命题)为基础,而不是以主观的思想事物(概念、判断、推理)为基础。该文利用逻辑基本规律一劳永逸的解决了说谎者悖论和罗素悖论。集合是元素的联合体,元素与集合具有本质的不同,集合不能以集合作为元素。结构"A的A"是语言中的谬误,在科学中应予以清除。According to Aristotle' s discussion and proof of the basic logic laws and their present statements, a new statement is creatively put forward, which is divided into three parts one is formula, another is objective law, the last is rule for thinking. The article also puts forward the generalized law of contradiction. The law of identity applies to words and propositions. Both the law of contradiction and the law of excluded middle apply only to contradictory propositions. The generalized law of contradiction applies to exclusive propositions. The basic logic laws should be based on objective language form- words and propositions, not on subjective thinking objects such as concepts, judgments and reasoning. Using the basic logic laws, the article solves the liar paradox and the Russell paradox once and for ever. A set is a combination of elements. Set and element are different in essence. A set cannot belong to another set. The construction ‘A of A' is a fallacy of language. It should be cleared in science.
