摘　　要：北京市政府从2007年初组织实施了"北京市职业院校教师素质提高工程"。通过结合工程实施情况并在抽样调查的基础上,总结北京职业院校教师培训的状况及存在问题,分析职业院校教师的培训需求,并对现阶段工程实施的效果做出了评价。＂Competence Development Program of Teachers in Beijing Vocational Institutions ＂ （CDP for short） was launched by Beijing Municipal Government in 2007. On the basis of sample survey, the passage summarizes the training situation and problems and analyzes the needs of training. Meanwhile, it also makes the effect evaluation of the training in CDP.
