多元入学:高职院校实施对口单招改革的必然趋势

摘　　要：目前对口单招中存在着应试教育倾向严重、技能考核形同虚设、高职院校无法选拔出多元化优秀人才等突出问题。高职多元入学制度有利于构建我国完善的中、高等职业教育一体化体系,有利于高校实现多样化的人才培养目标,是世界各国高职院校招生制度改革的普遍趋势。Presently there are many problems in the system of recruiting students from the secondary vocational school of the higher technical education institution, such as serious exam-oriented inclination, nonfunctional skill examination and few outstanding talents can be selected. The multiple entrance system of the higher technical education institution is the common current of the recruiting system reform of the world higher education institutions, which can benefit constructing the perfect unitary system covering secondary and higher level technical education, and realizing the multiple training objectives of the higher education.
