摘  要:充分利用PMAC运动控制卡的多轴联动控制和实时通讯能力,以Windows操作系统为平台,用Visual Basic 6.0开发了开放式数控系统软件。针对并联机床的特点,重点介绍了数控系统人机交互、运动控制、标定校准、故障诊断、位姿检测等各功能模块。PC机负责整个系统的管理、实时通讯、反解运算、代码编译等任务,PMAC卡实现伺服更新、位置反馈及输入/输出端口监控等功能。控制系统软件运行速度快且平稳,控制精度高,安全性好,并可根据不同需求移植和扩展各功能模块,已成功应用于实际五自由度并联机床控制中。The new edition of open architecture CNC system was developed with PC+PMAC and Windows operating system as the hardware and software platforms. Based on the characteristics of parallel machine tool, the function modules were introduced such as HMI (Human-Machine Interface), motion control, calibration, malfunction diagnosing and pose measuring. The function of system management, real-time communication, inverse kinematic solution operation and NC code transformation are realized by PC. The real-time tasks such as servo updating, position feedback and input/output detecting are executed by PMAC. This new software has been applied to the 5-DOF parallel machine tool successfully in laboratory with high speed, precision and stability. The function modules of the system software can be improved and expanded with different requirement, so it is practical for other parallel machine tool.
