摘　　要：写作焦虑是制约外语写作的最大情感障碍,这一问题引起了国内外语言学者和研究者的普遍关注。文章分析了中国大学生EFL写作焦虑的表现形式和出现的原因,并提出一些切实可行的建议以帮助学生克服之。Writing anxiety has been the most serious feeling obstacles in writing, to which many language learners and researchers have paid more attention. This article analyzes the forms of EFL writing anxiety to Chinese college students and the reasons, and meanwhile presents some practical suggestions so as to help students to overcome the anxiety.
