抗贫血胶囊改善缺铁性贫血效果的初步观察

摘　　要：目的:观察抗贫血胶囊改善缺铁性贫血的效果。方法:选用150 g左右的雄性SD大鼠,用低铁饲料喂养法制备缺铁性贫血模型后,将大鼠随机分为5组,一组为对照组,一组为硫酸亚铁组(补充铁20.0 mg/kg),其余为高、中、低剂量血红素铁组,分别补充2.7、5.41、6.0 mg/kg的血红素铁。分别于补充前、补充35 d后,测定各组大鼠体重、血液学指标、血清铁、铁蛋白、红细胞游离原卟啉水平。结果:补铁前后,大鼠体重均有所增长,但各组之间均无显著差异。补充硫酸亚铁、抗贫血胶囊后,硫酸亚铁组和低、中、高剂量血红素铁组大鼠血红蛋白、红细胞计数、红细胞压积均明显高于对照组。硫酸亚铁组和低、中、高剂量血红素铁组大鼠红细胞游离原卟啉均明显低于对照组,硫酸亚铁组和中、高剂量血红素铁组大鼠的血清铁水平,中、高剂量血红素铁组大鼠血清铁蛋白明显高于对照组。结论:抗贫血胶囊有改善缺铁性贫血的作用。Objectives： To observe the effect of anemia-improving capsule on iron-deficient anemia （IDA）. Methods： Iron-deficient rat models were made with low iron diet among SD male rats weighed about 150g. They were divided into 5 groups. The rats in the control group were fed with ion -deprived water, the other groups of rats were given 20. 0mg/kg ferrous sulfate, 2. 7,5. 4, 16. 0mg/ kg hemo-iron（based on iron level） respectively for 35 days. The weigh, hematological indexes, serum level of iron, ferritin, free erythrocyte protoporphyrin（FEP） were measured before and after the experiment. Results： Though the weight increased before and after the experiment, there were no significant differences between the rats among all the groups. After the experiment, the homoglobin lev- el, ;count for red blood cell, hematocrit （HCT） were obviously higher in the rats treated with ferrous sulfate or hemo--iron than those in the control rats, while free erythrocyte protoporphyrin （FEP） level was lower. The serum iron level was higher in the rats with ferrous sulfate or 5.4 and 16. 0mg/kg hemo-iron, the serum ferritin level was distinguished higher in the rats with 5. 4 and 16. 0mg/kg hemo-iron. Conclusions： There is IDA improving effect in anemia-improving capsule.
