摘　　要：大学德育创新是建设社会主义和谐社会和建构和谐高校的必然要求。为了促进大学生全面和谐发展，我们要树立和谐的大学德育理念。构建和谐的大学德育课程体系，开展大学生心理健康教育，营造和谐的大学德育环境，建设和谐的大学德育管理系统，深化和谐的大学德育实践活动，增强大学德育的针对性和时效性。Innovation of university moral education is inevitable requirements for building a harmonious society and constructing harmonious university. In order to promote university students all-round development, we should establish harmonious ideas of moral education, construct harmonious curricular system in moral education, carry out harmonious psychological health education for students, create harmonious moral education environment in university, set up harmonious management system on moral education, deepen harmonious practice activity of moral education and strengthen the university moral education effectively and practically.
