目的论三法则与《黑奴吁天录》的翻译

摘　　要：目的论认为翻译目的决定翻译方法,主要包括三条法则:目的法则、连贯法则和忠实法则。运用这三条法则来分析林纾与魏易合译的《黑奴吁天录》,重点阐明:这样一个在传统理论框架中"不忠"、"不信"的译本是在特定历史语境中,在特定翻译目的的操控下,采用特定翻译策略的结果;译本较好地实现了预期的翻译目的,因而是成功的并值得肯定的。In skopos theory, the translation skopos determines the whole translation process, and“the end justifies the means”. It comprises three rules： skopos rule, intratextual coherence and intertextual coherence. The paper is a study of the Chinese translation of Uncle Tom＇s Cabin in light of the three rules, aiming to emphasize that such an “unfaithful” translation is the result manipulated by particular translation skopos in a certain historic context; it effectively achieved the intended skopos, so it is justified.
