摘  要:大学英语教学的深刻变革使“教师角色定位及其转换”成为新一轮的研究热点。新的教学模式与教学方法给教学过程中教师的角色扮演带采了前所未有的挑战,专家、学者、学生分别对大学英语教师的角色进行了各自认可的定位。然而,工作在大学英语教学一线的教师自己却存在着不少的困惑。分析了我国大学英语教学新模式下教师角色定位及其转换中所出现的亟待解决的新问题,发现现实与预期还有一定差距,进而提出了解决问题的建议。The reform of college English teaching makes "the role shift of teachers" stay hot tor research. It also makes class-based classroom teaching a new college English teaching model and initiates the modern "student-centered" e-Learning process that achieves personalized nurturing goal. Additionally, the new teaching mode and methods make the traditional role of teachers the biggest challenge. Experts, scholars and students have orientated their own recognized role of college English teachers respectively, but teachers in teaching practice still feel puzzled. This paper analyzes the arising problems during the process of role shift of teachers under the new teaching model and finds that there is certain gap between the reality and the anticipation. Finally, this study offers some suggestions for future practice and research.
