摘 要:我国啤酒工业在长足发展的同时,也向环境中排放了大量副产物造成环境污染和原料浪费。本文简要介绍了啤酒发酵中的废水、废酵母、啤酒糟、CO2等副产物的危害,重点介绍了这些副产物的处理方法和综合利用,为啤酒工业副产物处理提供一定参考。As the beer industries developed, much more by-products have been produced, which constituted a severe problem to the environment. Hazards of beer by-products, such as waste water, residual yeast, beer distilled grail, CO2 etc. were introduced. Processing methods and comprehensive utilization of such by-products had been emphasized in this paper. The results provide a reference to the disposal of by-products from beer industries.
