摘　　要：高师数学双语教学是全球化教育发展的客观要求，是数学教育研究国际化进程的必然结果，是数学教学和数学教师发展的必然要求。高师数学双语教学的终极目标是发展学生数学双语创新能力和数学双语教学创新能力，培养合格的中小学数学双语教学师资。从人对双语学习的大脑机制出发，可以创造数学双语教学策略。Bilingual mathematics teaching for higher teacher education was the object demand of education globalization. It was the necessary result of education research internationalization. It also was the necessary demand of teaching and teachers＇ development. The ultimate goal for bilingual mathematics teaching for higher teacher education was to develop the students＇ creative bilingual mathematics competence, and creative competence in bilingual mathematics teaching. It was a way to create bilingual mathematics teaching tactics by researching one＇s brain mechanism.
