摘　　要：校长作为学校内涵发展的引领者和实践者,要确立校本发展理念。确立校本的办学理念是校长发展学校的灵魂,开展校本建设是校长实现办学理念的关键。育仁中学在多年的教育实践中,坚持面向全体学生,扎扎实实开展校本建设活动,在校本课程、校本管理、校本研究和校本培训等方面逐步形成了校本办学特色,促进了学校的内涵发展。As a leader and participant in the development of connotation, the school principal needs to establish the conception of the school- based development,which is the soul of school development ,At the same time,the school- based constraction is the very leey for the school principal to put the conception properly into practice. In the long - term educational practice, YuRen Middle School in sists on facing the whole students and solidly carrying on fire school - based construction. In the aspects of the school - based curriculum, management, research, teacher traning and so on, Yubei Middle School has gradaclly been developing it＇s school- based educational characteristics and promoted,it＇s connotation development effectively.
