师德建设要着力于师德品质的培养

摘　　要：本文根据高校教师职业活动的特点和市场经济条件下师德建设面临的问题，认为师德建设须注重师德品质的培养。为此，要抓职业观和利益观教育，抓职业道德要求的“规范化”，抓典型人物、事迹的宣扬，抓职业道德建设环境的治理和改善等工作，方能使师德建设成为广大教师的自觉行动。The professional activities of teachers are characterized by individuality andintellectual consciousness. Thus, the teacher 's moral character is a very important part of profes-sional ethics of teachers. As a result of the negative influence of market economy, there havearisen some problems in the construction of teachers' morality, which is worthy of attention.Therefore, all the teachers should conscientiously get involved in the construction of teachers' mo-rality.
