摘  要:探索了分析加速振动信号诊断发动机机械故障的方法。首先介绍了二阶循环谱理论和加速振动信号数据采集原理,并应用循环谱理论分析了柴油发动机曲轴轴承非稳态加速振动信号。试验与分析结果表明:定转速加速振动信号数据采集器能准确地测取发动机加速过程中的振动信号,具有良好的重复性和稳定性;采用二阶循环谱方法能有效提取加速振动信号中分析对象的故障特征;对应特定的循环频率,柴油发动机曲轴轴承存在着明显的二阶循环特征频段。This paper explores a way of diagnosing diesel engine mechanical failures by means of analyzing the vibration signals acquired at its crank-shaft bearing during engine's acceleration.At first,the theory of second order cyclostationary spectrum(SOCS) and the data acquisition principle for the signals are introduced.Then,the signals are analyzed by using SOCS.The results show that the vibration signal acquirer with the preset rotary speed can acquire the signals stably and repeatedly;the method of SOCS can effectively extract the fault feature from the signals;and in a special cyclostationary frequency,there is an obvious frequency coverage of SOCS for the crank-shaft bearing of the engine.
