论地方电大在公共服务体系中的作用

摘　　要：地方电大要树立发展教育服务业和建设公共服务体系的明确理念,做学校发展战略层面的思考,贯彻资源共享、优势互补的教育改革思想,认识、处理好电大发展与公共服务体系构建的若干关系,促进开放教育与公共服务体系协调发展,加强区域管理中心和基层学习中心建设,实施优质高效的服务与管理,在公共服务体系中发挥重要作用。Local TV universities should foster the firm belief of developing educational services and building the public service system, do strategic thinking on the development of schools, implement the ideas of educational reform on sharing resources and strengths, properly understand and handle the relations between TVU development and public service system, promote the coordinated development of open education and public service system, strengthen the construction of regional management centres and learning centers for the grassroots, provide the quality and efficient services and play important roles in the public service system.
