摘　　要：高校旅游专业教学发展快,应用性、操作性强,与市场联系紧密。高校旅游专业教学应突破传统的教学观念,根据旅游专业本身的特点,运用权变思想转变教学理念,引入先进的教学模式,寻找应变的教学方法,培养适应旅游业发展的新型人才。Teaching of tourism major in colleges and univerities has developed rapidly with practical application and manipulatiopn in the market.Hence,according to the characteristics of tourism major in colleges and universities,teaching of it should break through the traditional teaching concept and introduce advanced teaching mode by using contingency theory to cultivate new type of talented people who can fit the development of tourism.
