摘　　要：食品质量安全问题已成为民众关注的焦点。笔者通过分析食品生产企业生产环节存在的问题,结合有关食品质量安全的法令法规,提出了食品质量监督部门对食品生产企业监督管理的建议。People all pay attention to food quality security now, that have become a focus. Problems existed in food producing for food co. were analysed. Advices were presented about how the organization of quality supervisor supervising to the co. of food producing by combining analysis mentioned above and the laws and regulations on food quality security.
