摘  要:灵敏度分析用于计算设计变量的变化对应于结构响应的变化率,将必要的变化率信息传递给优化器,以期达到最优化设计的目的。它是一种极为有效的方法,能够充分挖掘设计潜力。在介绍结构灵敏度分析基本原理的基础上,建立了某履带式液压挖掘机主要工作部件——动臂的有限元离散模型,进行了最大挖掘载荷工况时的结构静强度有限元分析,得出了动臂上结构强度的危险部位。在结构静强度分析的基础上,对液压挖掘机动臂上关键部位板件的厚度进行了基于静强度响应的灵敏度分析。结果表明,在满足静强度条件下增加动臂侧板和前包板的厚度可以减小局部应力的大小;在一定程度上减小加强板和上、下盖板的厚度也可以减小局部应力大小。通过对挖掘机动臂板件厚度进行合理修改,可有效地降低相同工况下挖掘机动臂的局部应力值,提高动臂的强度,为动臂的优化设计提供有效途径。Sensitivity analysis is applied to calculate variation ratio of design variables changes to structural responses, necessary variation ratio information is transferred to optimizer to realize the purpose of the most optimal design. It is a very effective method and the design potentiality is fully explored. On the basis of describing the basic principle of structural sensitivity analysis, a discrete finite element model of important working components on a crawler type hydraulic excavator, boom, is established. Finite element analysis of structural static strength under the highest excavating load is carried out and the dangerous structural strength positions on the boom are obtained. On the basis of structural static strength analysis, sensitivity analysis based on static strength response is conducted on plate thickness of some key positions of the hydraulic excavator boom. The results show that additional thicknesses of side wall and front covering plate of the boom can reduce partial stresses under the condition of satisfied static strength and so does in some extent reducing thickness of reinforced plate and top/bottom covering plate. Rational modification on plate component thickness of the boom could effectively lower partial stress values of an excavator boom under the same work conditions and the boom strength is increased, which provides a functional way for optimal design of a boom.
