摘  要:以二甲基硅油、气相法二氧化硅为原料,并加入一定量的聚醚改性硅油,用Span-Tween作为乳化剂,制得了具有优良的消泡能力和很高稳定性的新型PESO/PDMS复合乳液型有机硅消泡剂,并对消泡剂消泡性能的影响因素、稳定性和消泡性能进行了研究。由于所得的消泡剂无毒无害,因而可以广泛用于食品工业。The emulsion type organic silicon defoamer was prepared using a paste composed of dimethyl silicone and silicon dioxide as the main material,and the PESO were added,Span-Tween blend as emulsifying agent. The emulsification process was carried out under water phase condition in a conventional mixing device. The effect factors of defoamer properties, stability and capacity of defoamer agent were discussed, Due to the defoamer agent is nontoxic, so it can be used in the food industry.
