摘  要:水产品质量安全问题已引起人们的普遍关注,随着人们生活水平的提高和保健意识的增强,愈来愈关注水产品的安全卫生。同时,全球经济一体化和我国加入WTO,也对水产品质量提出了更高的要求。加强水产品质量安全管理,对研究提高水产品质量安全具有重要的意义。通过对我国水产品质量现状的分析,提出制订和完善我国水产品质量安全的法律法规及监督检测体系、加强水产养殖和水产品加工过程中药物使用的管理、建立健全水产品质量安全保障体系等一些措施。The quality and safety issue of aquatic product has been a cause for widespread concern, more concern is about the health and safety of aquatic products, with the improvement of people's living standard and the increasing health awareness. At the same time, with the globalization of the world economy and China's accession to the WTO, higher requirements on the quality of aquatic products have been put forward. Strengthening the management of the quality and safety of aquatic products is of great significance to improve the quality and safety of aquatic products research. Through the analysis on the present status of the quality of aquatic products, the author put forward some measures on making and improving our quality and safety laws and regulations and supervision detection system of aquatic products, enhancing drug use management of aquaculture and aquatic product processing, and perfecting the quality of aquatic products safety system.
