高等医学院校中医教师的文化素养在专业教育中的作用

摘　　要：高等医学院校中医教师的文化素质在专业教育中起到重要作用,对如何提高中医教师的综合素质,从几个方面进行简单论述。①提高文化品位、文化格调是关键;②丰富中国文化、文学知识是必须;③扎实中医专业知识,还要各方面广博知识是目标;④恪守职业道德,以身示教是核心。作为中医专业的教师整体素质的提高,对弘扬中医药学术文化,培养现代中医药人才起到重要作用。Culture diathesis of the teachers of traditional Chinese medicine in high medical colleges had important effect in professional education. How to increase the teachers＇ synthetic diathesis？ We discussed from several directions.①To increase their culture taste. ②To abundance Chinese culture, literature knowledge is the key point. ③To solidify expertise of traditional Chinese medicine.④Scrupulously abide by professional ethics. All the above can increase whole diathesis of the teachers, propagate learning culture of traditional Chinese medicine, and cultivate talented man of traditional Chinese medicine.
