摘 要:采用静态电位溶出法直接测定饮料中的铅,以HNO3为底液(pH2),玻碳电极为工作电极,测得铅的溶出电位是-0.48V,峰高与铅的浓度在0~24μg/L范围内有良好线性关系,测定精密度为0.58%~2.50%,样品加标回收率为90.0%~105.7%。该法操作简便、快速、干扰少、灵敏度高,适用于饮料等饮品中微量铅的测定。In this study, the determination of lead in beverage was conducted by static electricanodic stripping voltammetry in a supporting electrolyte of HNO3 (pH2). The peak potential of lead appeares at 0.48 V(vs.Ag/AgCl, 3 mol/L KCl). The linear relationship between the stripping current and concentration of Pb2+ exists in the range of 0-24 μg/L, the precision (%) of Pb ise 0.58% ~2.50%, and the recovery rate of Pb is 90.0% ~ 105.7%. This method is simple and rapid with few disturbances and high sesitivity, and it is suitable for determining lead in drink.
