论经师与人师

摘　　要：当前,在"应试教育"、"分数至上"及"利益至上"的教育环境下,有如被尊称为"万世师表"的孔夫子以及被近代学界称之为"爱满天下"的陶行知之类人师者,时下已鲜有效仿者。综观历史,能青史留名的大师,大多是经师与人师兼备者,所以,教师不仅要成为知识的传授者,更应成为能以实际行动影响教育对象和世人的道德楷模。In contemporary society, the value of ＂ examination- oriented education＂, ＂pursuing high marks＂ and ＂snobbism prevail＂ in the educational field. The people like Confucius and Xing zhi Tao who are respectable and well-beloved are rare to see. In retrospect of history, the people who are very famous in the annals of history must possess the characteristic of both ＂Jing Shi＂ and ＂Ren Shi＂. Confucius and Xing zhi Tao are the outstanding representatives. So a teacher must not only impart knowledge, but also be the model of students, he or she should educate students and other people by their own practical behavior.
