摘　　要：加强大学生思想政治教育,关键要加强辅导员队伍建设。建设一支高水平的辅导员队伍,必须走职业化、专业化和专家化之路。实现辅导员队伍职业化是推进辅导员队伍建设专业化和专家化的前提;专业化是辅导员职业化的升华,是辅导员走向专家化的基础;专家化是职业化和专业化建设的最终目标。Strengthening the team construction of counselors is the key to enhancing the ideological and political education among the university students. In order to build a contingent of high-level counselors, it is necessary to make them become professional, specialized and experts： 1. To aehieve the professionalism of counselors is the premise of specialization and expertization in promoting the building of the counselor team; 2. Specialization is the essence of professionalism and the foundation for the counselors to become experts; 3. To becom experts is the final objective of the construction of professionalism and specialization.
