摘　　要：阐述了常用边缘检测算子进行边缘检测的方法,详细介绍了Canny算子的边缘检测步骤,并将其应用于大米图像的边缘检测中.实验结果表明,Canny算子提取的边缘线型连接程度较好,可应用于从群体米样提取大米边缘.The representative algorithms for edge detection have been presented. The Canny operator principle and algorithm were described in detail and were used to detect the edges of rice as well. The results showed that the edge information which was extracted with the Canny operator could get the better linear connectivity and thus be applied to extract rice edge from groups rice samples.
