加快改革，落实方案构建思政理论课教学新机制

摘　　要：高校思政理论课是大学生的必修课，是对大学生进行思想政治教育的主渠道和主阵地。2005年中宣部、教育部全面改革和重新设置了高校（含高职高专）思政理论课课程方案，贯彻好新方案，我们应充分认识课程改革的重要性，建立健全党委领导思政课的工作机制和相应的教学机构，全面落实“05课程新方案”，加强教师队伍建设，加大教学改革力度，不断完善思政理论课教学保障机制。The thought and politics theory is a required course for college students. It is the main way and main land for moral education. In 2005, the Ministry of Propaganda and the Ministry of Education reformed the program of the course. In order to carry out the new program, we should realize the importance of the reform and set up the course teaching under the leadership of Party Committee. We should carry out the program in all ways, enhance the construction of the teachers, enlarge the teaching reformation and perfect the course teaching system.
