摘　　要：发展农村教育,开发农村人力资源是建设社会主义新农村的关键,需要从加大资金投入、提高教师待遇、增强师资力量、创新教育内容、完善教育体制等多方面采取切实可行的符合我国农村实际的具体措施,以进一步发展农村教育,培养越来越多的符合现代农业发展要求的新型农民。The development of rural education and the exploitation of rural human resources are key factors in building the new soeialistie eountryside .We should adopt measures in many aspeets sueh as inereasing the input of edueation funds, improving the treatment of teaehers, enhaneing the teaeher strength , innovating the teaching eontents , perfeeting the edueation system and so on .These measures are feasible and eonerete whieh aeeord with the praetice of our eountryside and aim at further promoting the development of rural edueation, training more and more new farmers who are in line with the requirements of modern agricultural development.
