摘　　要：我国要从医学教育大国向医学教育强国迈进,提高医学教育质量是核心。附属医院在医学教育中具有非常重要的地位和作用,其教学能力的强弱直接影响医学教育质量,也关乎医院的可持续发展。医学院校和附属医院都应积极采取有效措施,加强医院教学能力建设,提高临床教学质量,这是校院双方的共同需要和共同责任。It is the core to improve the quality in urging the shift of China from a medical teaching empire to a medical teaching powerful country. Affiliated hospitals are of great significance in medical education, for their teaching faculty produces direct influence on the medical teaching quality, and sustainable development of the hospitals themselves as well. It is hoth the common responsibility and the need for the medical colleges and their hospitals to take effective measures to enhance the teaching faculty of the affiliated hospitals, thus improving the clinical teaching quality.
