摘　　要：医学教学质量是医学院校的生命线,是学校生存和发展之本。医学教学质量监控是医学教育质量不断提高和医学教育改革的有效保障。在教学监控体系建设中,完善社会及教学条件的监控和保障体系,重点加强教学过程监控,为培养优秀医学人才创造良好的环境。Teaching quality of medical education is both the lifeline and the foundation to the survival and development of medical universities and colleges. The supervision and control on teaching quality of medical education can effectively guarantee the unceasing progress in teaching quality and the practice of medical education reform, In the progress of constructing teaching monitoring system, the monitoring and guarantee system of society and teaching conditions should be improved and emphasis should be laid on the teaching procedure monitoring in order to create a better environment for cultivating excellent medical talents.
