气液联动机械手在铜电解阴极片生产线上的应用

摘　　要：设计了铜电解阴极片生产线中的气液联动送料机械手,其作用是将种板和吊耳输送到生产线上,为加工阴极板供料。机械手由两部分组成,一部分吸送种板,一部分吸送吊耳。采用了真空气动系统作为气动吸盘的动力源,用液压系统驱动吸盘运动。本文对机械手的结构、动作原理和真空系统做了分析和介绍。该机械手在生产实际中得到了很好的应用。The pneumatic and hydraulic coupled manipulator used in the copper electrolysis cathode production line was uesigned, which function is to transport blank and lifting eye to the production line, feed material for processing the cathode. The manipulator is consisted of two parts, one part absorbs and sends blank, another part absorbs and sends lifting eye. The pneumatic sucker adopts the vacuum pneumatic system as the power supply. Hydraulic system drives sucker move. The structure, action principle and vacuum system of the manipulator were introduced. The good effect was got for the application of the manipulator in the practical production.
