摘  要:乳酸是糖酵的最终产物,肌乳酸的产生量与肌纤维收缩的强度大小有密切的关系。各种不同强度的运动后3-12 m in,血乳酸可达到最高值。强度越大的,运动后血乳酸达到最高值的时间也越长。通过对天津市优秀青少年100 m运动员30秒无氧运动后血乳酸和运动员途中跑最大速度测试得出:运动员的最大速度与血乳酸值均存在显著性负相关的关系,Vmax与第3、6、9、12 mn后的血乳酸值呈现高度显著性正相关,r分别为0.852,0.711,0.938,0.903。即最大速度越大,血乳酸值相应越高;100 m跑成绩越好,最大速度血乳酸值相应越高。The lactic acid is the sugar yeast solution end product, thesarcolactic acid production quantity and the muscle fiber contractionintnsity size has close relationship. Each kind of differentintensity movement latter 3 - 12min, the blood lactic acid may achievethe maximum. Strongly goes past in a big way, after the movement the-blood lactic acid achieved the maximum the time is also longer. Through the blood lactic acid and the athlete way medium- distancerunning maximum speed test obtains after the Tianjin outstanding youngpeople 100m athlete 30 seconds non - oxygen movements : Athleteg maximum speed and the blood young acid value exist highly remarkable negative, correlationthe relations, Vmax after 3rd, 6,9, the 12rain blood young acid value presents highly Remarkable is being connected, rrespectively is 0. 852, 0. 711,0. 938, 0. 903. Namely most greatly way, the blood young acid value corresponding ishigher; 100m runs the result well, the blood fastgoes past in a big young acid valuecor-responding is higher.
