摘　　要：教师专业化是国际教师职业发展的必然趋势,职前培养专业化教师是教师专业化的重要环节。建立开放、多样化的目标培养模式,实现职前职后培养一体化;调整专业设置,优化课程结构,完善实习制度并建立健全教师教育质量保障体系,是我国目前高等师范院校教师职前培养应采取的基本对策。Teachers＇ specialization is teachers＇ profession development trend throughout the world, and also is the road one must follow or take in our country to improve quality of education and teaching. We should establish open and multi-target training model and realize the integration of orientation training and in-service training, adjust speciality set-up and optimize curriculum structure, perfect internship system, and establish teacher＇s education quality security system and so on, which are basic measures for the normal college teachers orientation training in China now.
